A deeply relaxing healing journey through your body, voice, sound of music and gongs  and beyond

In conscious movement and ecstatic dance we’ll melt the resistences of the body, in the voice work we will liberate our voice and emotional expression, in TranceDance ritual with the blindfold we will enter the vast landscape of the body/mind consciousness.

All of this in preparation for the mind blowing Gong baths, which can take you out of any boundaries, break through your fears and other barriers and open quite wide the doors of perception and transform your perception.

It is a way of healing, transforming and spiritual growth. Into bliss (ananda). And bliss means harm reduction of action towards the world around and within.
